These are really helpful for even non-heavy lift days. However, I've only had them for a couple of months and there is already a split in the neoprene right behind the knee, and they were definitely the right size. Fortunately, I am only using one at a time for a weak knee due to cartilage loss, so I am able to double the life. Just hoping the second one lasts longer than the first did.

I’m very disappointed with these knee sleeves. Both sleeves have runs in the nylon and has caused them to stretch out. I’ve only had them since mid February.

I wear these during Crossfit workouts. The compression is great for lifting, but most of all, they keep my knees warm and cushioned which helps in all moves. This is my third pair - I gave one pair to a fellow crossfitter.

Great support,stays in one place and does not slip down.Feels good,helps keep the cold air off of the knees as well.It takes a couple of days to break in,after that all gravy.

I have had knee pain during my lifts for the last few years, hardly even notice it with these on. First time wearing them I was able to squat about 20 pounds more than usual just due to the added support. The neoprene pretty much sticks to your skin after you start to sweat so they don’t slip down. Seems like they hold up to wear and tear pretty well too so far. I can’t say you’ll find better sleeves for this price
