We bought this couch cover for our patio couch in an effort to keep our dog's dirty paws from soiling the couch. Although the cover is quite thick, our dogs easily tore holes through the vinyl. The cover is easy to install and looks great once installed.

I have three cats but only two like my recliner and the antique accent chair which is extra large. The covers for the chair fit both. I'm happy I bought them. Some people said they don't last but unless you have a very large dog or a very heavy individual it will last. You have to alow some loose space or like any other cover it will rip. Mine are a little lose and I can tuck them in around the seat cushion. My husband is a heavy dude and the looseness blows for it to be pulled without ripping. It's too bad it doesn't come in large sofa sizes.

Just bought this and applied it. It's a decent thickness, I don't think my dogs paws will rip it. I like the plastic because it's easy to clean and hair won't stick to it. Our loveseat is slightly smaller than a normal loveseat so this was a tad big. I just taped it in the back so it fit a little more snug. Overall decent product I just hope it holds up.
