This item is not 100% brass. The description states it is “Premium High Quality 100% Brass”. Stick a magnet on it! I gave a one star rating because the item description is false.

I wanted a bold, powerful and cool looking door knocker and eventually decided on a lion. After much searching, I chose this one. I was very pleased when it arrived. It's real brass, quite heavy and the craftsmanship is very impressive. I couldn't be happier. It arrives with 3 small pre-drilled holes to install it and it came with brass screws that perfectly match the color/patina of the lion, so I was glad about that. I get complimented by pretty much everyone that sees it. 5/5 stars, easy.

This is such a majestic door knocker that gives elegant feel to the doors. Precision is pretty good and it is a heavy brass metal worth the cost.
