Yup.. these are resisters and they do their job resisting the flow of current. I am using mine with RPi projects. I have one wired in with a temperature sensor and it just works. The leads are very long giving me options in my wiring diagrams.I got them very quickly and they just work.

Just what I expected. Not much to add since people that buy these will know what they are already. Packaging was good, the ends were in perfect conditions and not bent. Have only used 5 so far and they worked.
