Worked like a top for a 2012 Ram 1500. The only thing to note is that the kit does not include the rear seal for the srv valve. All other seals and new mounting bolts are included and worked great.

My cousin has had his 2012 RAM 1500 sitting in my pole barn for months. It had a cracked intake manifold. Instead of fixing it, he kept stealing my trucks. This removed his excuse to constantly take my trucks everywhere. One note about installing this. Don't let an idiot do it and don't be an idiot. There is a sequence to installing the bolts and a torque spec. You're only supposed to torque those bolts down to about 105 inch pounds (on a 2012). This review very nearly became "My idiot cousin destroyed this." I walked in my pole barn when I heard my big compressor running. There was my cousin, getting ready to torque the bolts on this down with my 3/4" impact. Do. Not. Do. That. 105 inch pounds is less than 9 Ft-lbs. I got out my small torque wrench and torqued them down in the sequence I found on the internet. Shockingly, I didn't break anything when I did everything by the book instead of ugga-duggaing with an over 1000 ft-lb impact. I guess he watched me remove an extremely rusted on bolt with that impact the other day and that made him want to play with it. He's 50 by the way.Anyway, when you do everything the way you are supposed to, this seems to work just fine. It comes with all the gaskets you'll need. Installation is easy if you know your way around an engine and also aren't dumb as a brick. The vacuum leak is gone. The truck is making more power now. It's not making more power than it did new or anything, but it's definitely doing better than when it had a vacuum leak.
