Normally I go for the cheap car parts straight from China, and normally it turns out fine. While this bypass pipe is molded and shaped well enough, the orings caused me a lot of issues. Specifically, the o-ring on the bypass tube side (not the thermostat side). It was clearly too big and I could not get it to slide into the metal tube on the engine side (even with the orings dipped in coolant). I took off the supplied red oring and replaced it with an o-ring from an oring kit I already had. Works now, no leaks so far.

Part itself fit, but I had to get a smaller o ring on the male side that slips into the pipe mount… the one it came with was much to thick and would not squeeze down

Incomplete casting leaks out of bolt sleeves. Confirmed with a few drops of alcohol.

Inside looks to be not smooth and I can't confiedelty say it's got nothing inside the tube blocking it up from the way it was manufactured.Install was easy once you find leverage.

Fit like a charm seemed to pop into place like it should. Only thing I wasn't happy with was there was some flashing/over molding in the bolted end. Was easy to clean up with a Dremel and round bur. For the price it's not a breaking point imo. Seemed like really good plastic... At least as good as the original. Took a little effort to grind out the over molding and I wasn't making any progress with a razor.TLDR: Fit properly, seemed like good quality. One of the ports was over molded and not cleaned out properly. A Dremel makes short work of this. If you're replacing this on your own vehicle you likely already have a Dremel that could fix this if needed.

Quick fast and i was in a hurry!! Part came quickly and fit perfectly. Ive got a 16 ram ecogreade an was loosing coolant from under my top boost hose. This part is a fraction of other companies online so i figured id give it a shot.
