Some Common Symptoms of Air Intake Cracks and Leaks
Check Engine Light is On
The air leak in the intake system will bring down the engine output, and the “Check Engine” light glows in your dashboard
Engine Stalling or Hesitating
A leak to the intake manifold may result in a failure to achieve the perfect air-fuel ratio and causes engine hesitating, stalling or rough idling

My Aveo was running poorly and the old hose looked ok but on closer inspection had deteriorated. This replacement was easy to install and solved the problem. The breather hose was in a slightly different spot but was easy to reroute with no modifications.

Original had cracked due to age & environment over the years. Original OEM price for replacement is overpriced. This replacement part was well made, exact fitment, and reasonably priced. I would recommend as a OEM-Other replacement.

Did product did not fot my 2009 Checy aveo as the title eldudes. Shame on me for not comparing them prior to purchase. But it if it says "fits your vehicle" well thats what I expect. Not long enough and different type of sensor connector.

Does not fit a 2004 Chey Aveo LT. I was able to get it on, but the connector is incorrect. I had to add my connector making it way too tight of a fit making the hose kink and keeps coming off.
