About this item

  • Durability is superior for cars, trucks and SUVs; road salt, oil, and a host of other common under car contaminants will eventually destroy the rubber bushings on your vehicles, not to mention the weight and torque forces that typically compress rubber
  • Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently
  • Hyper-Flex is offered in a variety of durometers (firmness or softness), depending on product application; performance tested and race proven; used for all of Energy Suspension products that require a higher level of performance and durability
  • If you are modifying, building a new vehicle for scratch or restoring an old one, Energy Suspension's Hyper-Flex performance polyurethane should be the 'ground zero' focus of your present and next vehicle plans
  • Over two decades of in-house experience in innovating, engineering and formulating wide selection of polyurethane components for many different industries, Energy Suspension has qualified as premier manufacturer of the high quality polyurethane products

Not as stiff as they should be for a poly bumpstop. The first layer folds up when sitting on my bump pads. Did not fit a conventional bolt and had to used Allen bolt

These fit my 2004 mother home but I cannot install them because the hole in which the bolt goes is too small for a 1/2 in socket to fit. I tried every 1/2 socket I have, standard, deep, 1/4” 3/8” and 1/2” drives. You can slide the socket in but once it’s in place you cannot remove.

These are good bump stops. They trim pretty easy with a razor knife. Know how you're wanting to use them because you cant put a socket on a bolt head inside the bump. Energy Suspension makes good replacement parts but I dont know that they're necessary unless your oem parts are worn. Rubber suspension parts are good too, if they really sucked and poly was the end all be all then manufacturers would use them right from the factory.

Just replaced the rear bump stops on my 2002 Grand Caravan. What an ordeal. Thanks G. Slippy for the socket head cap bolt tip (8 mm, 1.25 mm pitch). You will need two 8 mm bolts, thus the 4 stars.Service manual instructs to use channel pliers to remove bump stop. My were so rusty, had to cut the support metal tab and bend the brake line support in order to rotate the whole suport and then uncrew bump stop bolt with pliers.

Great price and replacement for the OEM bump stops were difficult to find. Would have been helpful if they had a detailed info on how to remove the old ones from my 2000 Town and Country. I found an installation help online, but it doesn't work since there's a slot preventing you from turning the base plate.

This product came at a good price with good quality. It even includes a metal washer with each one to make the fastening a bit easier. I used this version to replace the bump stops on a 98 Dodge Grand Caravan which are impossible to find elsewhere; all I had to add for each was a socket head cap screw, 8 mm x 25 mm long, 1.25 mm screw pitch.
