The product itself is fine. It is cute, works well, and does its thing, and our 4-year-old granddaughter was mesmerized ... until she wasn't, which was about 30 minutes. Then its game over.

This toy absolutely captivates the attention of my baby. The doll sings and spins and moves all around and lights up. The song is a bit loud, and you cannot adjust it.

This toy spins, sings, and lights up--all the kids loved it. But it comes in three parts--her head, her torso, and her bottom body. After putting it together it was fine for a while but then her torso kept getting disconnected from her lower body. No matter how firmly you clicked it, it would keep getting disconnected. She became so annoying to put together and the six year kept saying its like she 'died'.

I did take away a star because the packaging was damaged. The outer shipping box was fine, so someone packaged this with the top dented and a quarter size hole torn on the box. The top of the box actually had tape to keep it closed.That said, luckily the doll itself was not damaged and is fun to watch her light up, twirl and sing. I did have a bit of trouble getting the body together but once it connected she performed perfectly.

This ice princess is adorable! The colors are beautiful! The doll is easy to put together. As the gown pops out, beautiful colors show. Girls will LOVE this!!! Great product!
