This Mezuzah is designed and manufactured by the Jerusalem Judaica artist Yair Emanuel. Emanuel's designs are based on the combination of classical and traditional motifs with a modern look and feel.
The Mezuzah is made of durable lazer-cut metal featuring part of the “Shema Yisrael '' Prayer in Hebrew. ("Hear, O Israel: the L-RD our G-d, the L-RD is one"). Observant Jews consider the ‘Shema’ to be the most important part of the prayer service in Judaism.
The top of the Mezuzah opens to insert a 12 cm (4.7 inch) scroll. Double-sided tape is glued to the back of the Mezuzah; the outside of the double-sided tape must be peeled off in order to stick the Mezuzah to the door frame.

The “brand new” item already had scratches on its face when it arrives. Clearly the item wasn’t new and was easily damaged. I didn’t have any issues returning it, but this shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place n

The top silver piece fell off when we were trying to open the mezuzah to put the scroll in. We used hot glue gun to attach it again. Then we stuck the mezuzah on the wall between our front door and the storm door, but found the mezuzah on the floor the next day. The sticky part actually stayed on the wall and its peeling off the paint when we are trying to remove it. The mezuzah however didn't stay up there and the bottom silver piece broke off, probably as it fell down. How to attach this mezuzah back up?
