  • 1. Install Cloud Platform APP. Register an account and login.

    2. Open the Wifi and Bluetooth.

    3. Press the reset button on the back of the product.

    4. Connect to Wifi

  • The device only supports 2.4Ghz frequency WiFi, not 5Ghz frequency Wifi. if the router is dual-band, you can select the 2.4Ghz signal to match the network.

    If the router only has 5Ghz frequency network, it cannot connect to the network.

  • If the smartlink mode timeout is exceeded, it is recommended that you put the device into Bluetooth distribution mode,

    then turn on your cell phone's Bluetooth and use Bluetooth to wirelessly distribute the network.

  • THE probes and TDE probes can be replaced with each other.

    After the replacement, the device needs to be shut down and restarted (if the display shows that it is not the same as the probes, this way also works on).

Elitech RCW-800W is an intriguing device, but its software and instructions are so flawed that it is garbage junk. I have spent over two hours trying every possible way to get this device connected to wifi or bluetooth, but it always ends in failure. It is on a 2.4 GHz network but will not work. I guess I will have to return it, although I had hoped it would meet my needs for a dual-temperature logger. Hilariously, several of the messages that appear on the screen are in Chinese. I imagine they say something I'd like to know, but my Chinese is pretty lousy. BE WARNED - this device is a waste of time.

Poor customer Support. User manual terrible. Susceptible to electrical interference. You can be misled by accidentally renewing your subscription to many times.

This was. Nice thermometer and I love the features that it offers. Especially since I wanted to use it to monitor my fridge in the garage and not have to go check to make sure it’s running. The challenge came in with not bong able to get it to connect to WiFi. Despite changing the mode and following the instructions, it just keeps failing WiFi. If that’s not important to you, this will be great.

Es buen producto en general, es de gran ayuda para monitorear las temperaturas de hasta dos cámaras. Lo que creo que es mejorable es la aplicación para celular ya que cuesta un poco entender los menus de configuración.
