Pump stopped working after 3 mos. I tried cleaning the pump, diluting the soap and everything else on the product support page but the pump is just cheaply made and stopped pumping.

much nicer than I had even hoped !for! The soap comes out of the bottom of the spout instead of the end, and the first few times I kept accidentally putting my sponge in the wrong place and squirting the dish soap somewhere else. but I'm used to it now, and I like it better with that configuration because the end of the spout does not get clogged up

I really wanted to love this soap dispenser because it really is beautiful and it holds a lot of soap, but; unfortunately, it leaks. It worked great for the first few months. After that, the soap began to leak in the front around the wooden part. Since it was past the 30 day Amazon return window, I tried to find contact information for the company that makes this soap dispenser, but as much as I searched and even though it says, "contact us" on the Amazon page, I was unable to find any method of contact. Buy at your own risk.

Sure looks good, but soap constantly seeps out from all four corners of the bottle. I've even tried under-filling and it still leaks.

Update oct 15th, posted 2 new pictures of it leaking at seams, seller sent out a replacement so as long as you don't fill paste the seam lines, you should be good to go. So changing my review from 3 to 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠Update Oct 06, seller contacted me (after I initiated contact) and offered a replacement. I will update review if the new one doesn't leak through seams.thank youUPDATE: This beautiful bamboo soap dispenser is leaking the soap through the seams, I am so sad. It leaks everywhere and is ruining the bamboo part of it and leaking all over my counter.everything's seen here I purchased on Amazon. I love the soap dispenser with bamboo accent. And the sandstone dish with scrubbing brush, Deducted one star for scrubbing dish as it is plastic not bamboo and the drying stone came cracked so I deducted 2 stars but I love the bamboo look of it all. 5 stars for soap dispenser.
