Not certain if I like the unit.... first you must pull the front cover to complete install.... (no big deal) .... You would think they would inform the installer to be cautious of short communication cord to front panel, so as removing one does not RIP the cord out of its socket's.... did just that.... Thank the Lord I did no damage.... second with energy saving bathroom vanity faucets there is not sufficient water flow to turn on heater, so I NOW NEVER have hot water at my 3-bathroom vanities

used it once then I noticed the water smelled like burnt hair. it stopped working. the replacement has arrived and I'm waiting for it to be installed so I'll update this once it's working I do love the space it saved! I had a huge 40G tank thst took up so much space in my tiny home. now this thing is mounted behind my washing machine.

Update: We have been using this water heater for over a month now and are still very pleased with it. Water is always hot, and our electric bills are even much lower. We installed this to provide hot water for a one bedroom “tiny house”. It was easy for my husband to install and the included directions were simple to follow. The heater attached to the wall under the kitchen cabinet, and with the low profile it fit perfect. There is no issue running hot water in the kitchen sink, with someone in the shower. I’m thrilled with my purchase and its capacity, to provide enough hot water for our needs.

Easy to install and adjust. However, the temperature of hot water fluctuates quite a bit. It has trouble modulating to the exact temperature and seems to varies 7 degrees. It’s unable to maintain an exact temperature. Really frustrating when taking a shower
