If you are trying to find the upper side high pressure hose for a 1998, 1999, 2000 SC400, this hose WILL work. You just have to cut off the metal alignment tab on the banjo-bolt fitting end. Then it will bolt right on to your later model SC400 power steering pump and the difference in the bend of the metal pipe near the banjo-bolt fitting will not hit or get in the way of the alternator or anything else. Don't pay Lexus $450 for the OEM hose, (if you can find a dealer that has one). This one will work just fine!
