Replaced my pull start on my Losi 5ive T. After breaking the rope too many times and then eventually having the plastic "dog teeth" fail. This pull start is leaps and bounds better than the factory unit. Better design and easy pulls. Worth it 💯

I like the pull start in theory because it pulls so easily. However, when you run the Baja in dirt, the dirt gets in and the pins get stuck so quickly. So if you turn the car off, the pins won't engage next time you try to pull, and you'll have to remove the pull start cover and clean the dirt off. This gets old really quick. Wish I was able to use the pull start more than once before i have to take it apart to clean and run again. Probably won't have this issue if you run on the street where there's no dirt.

I'm glad I got this one, it's holding together nicely. Especially considering the motor it's on is worn out and doesn't always like to start. Get a flywheel puller, there nearly impossible to get off with out one.

I like the easy start my 10 year old can start the baja now... I rilly dislike the fact that there are no vent slots on the cover. Clogs up with fine dust then doesn't work till you blow it out as it is very dusty in az.
