Eastern Jungle Gym’s Heavy-Duty Ductile Swing Hangers are the safest and strongest playground hangers available. Use these swing hangers to mount your swings to a wooden swing beam. Sold in pairs, one set of swing hangers will hang one swing set swing. Our hangers are galvanized, made of heavy-duty steel and feature a tough bushing for lifetime wear and smooth swinging. Hangers may come with bronze or nylon bushing. They feature two pre-drilled holes for easy attachment to a wooden swing beam. We recommend using thru-bolts or lag bolts to mount these swing hangers; mounting hardware is not included as the size of the hardware will depend on the size of the swing beam that is being used.

These are strong and sturdy. We used them to hang toddler swings in our living room. They work well. They make a little noise, but our house is noisy anyway so that's not a deal breaker for us. We plan to use them again, perhaps outdoors, to hang other swings when the kids outgrow their swings.

I am a retired welder, and I can tell you that THIS hanger will probably out live my grandchildren for whom they were purchased. The welds on the "dog ears" are machine fabricated which is superior to hand welding. The galvanization is very heavy, and the brass bushing is thick. These hangers are sold in big box stores for upwards of $20-$26 each, or higher, and I purchased 4 for $10 each and $2.70 tax from Amazon.Sweet deal, especially since shipping is free. You simply cannot go wrong with these hangers. They are thick ductile forged steel and support over 2000 pounds each.As I do will all items like this, be sure to disassemble them and apply a lithium grease coating to the bearing, and sidewall, and bolt with a Q Tip swab for good measure.One note:They are assembled very tight so it may some effort to break the nut loose and then you'll have to work the bolt backwards until it comes out. The tolerances and fit of the bolt through the "dog ears" are very tight which is great in my opinion as there is no "slop" in movement.Every couple of years, re-lube with lithium grease and sit back and watch the kids swing!

Might be overkill but I bought these for my grandson's baby swing. Son says they were easy to install and have worked great.

These hangers are as described and extremely heavy duty. Started squeaking within an few minutes of use. The bearings are basically dry or insufficiently lubricated. I thought about disassembling prior to installation and adding lubrication to the bearing area but did not. I recommend doing so prior to installing. I had to use a glue syringe and "inject" the bearings while installed (too lazy to take everything apart. I used "SUPER LUBE" brand but I think any type of bearing grease would work. Enjoy.

We bought three of these sets to put on the swing set we made. They worked perfectly! They're very heavy duty. You will have to buy the hardware to install these, but I prefer that over some of the other hangers I saw that came with unsafe safe screws. They were really squeaky, but easy enough to grease which solved the problem.
