Many tips look alike, and come at all budget levels.Name brand may or may not cause it to be a better product (unlike mufflers, tips don’t do much more then looks), this one is not resonated.This tip was not expensive , it did not magnetize, and didn’t rust. It cleans up easy, any time I am not lazy.Hope it helps.

I had a 2.5" Stainless exhaust installed on my Jeep at an exhaust shop. I had them put a turndown on it at the time because I wasn't sure what type of tip I wanted. I found this and it fit perfectly. It changed the tone just a touch to a little more muted and throaty rather than raspy. The clamp is high quality, the stainless is exactly the quality and thickness I expected. I can easily remove it if I want for more clearance off road or to put something different on. It fit snugly and easily over the 2.5" pipe. Very happy and would recommend!

I needed to take out the centre spacer of the clamp to make it fit tight on my 2 1/2" exhaust pipe. Looks good and added a nice tone to my Flowmaster silencers. The manufacturer need to reduce the diameter like it says on other customer feedbacks.

Welded this to a 2007 Ford F150 Lariat's exhaust pipe after trimming some of the pipe. It's only for looks, sure, but it looks good. Carbon cleans off of it pretty easily due to the stainless steel used in the construction of it. I've found no discoloration thus far and have been running it for about three months now.

did not fit my 2008 ford f-150,was able to hack it up and buy a new clamp and made it fit ,but would not buy again.

Was a bit small for what I needed. But it was a great looking product. I had to return it but it was easy and have a replacement on the way that is the correct size.
