Have been using this to get really thick paint off furniture and it is worlds better than an orbital sander! I am using a little pancake compressor and it does really well at utilizing the air before the compressor needs to come on. It is a very solid frame and at a decent price. The grip feels natural in the hands and has a nice hold to prevent slipping.One thing to note is that the local Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have the proper sized pads, so I had to pick up at a local Grainger. I was able to put in an order through HD but they only had two grits available and the description may not meet what I need, it is hard to tell from their website. If you get from Grainger you have to order at least 40-50 pieces. I have Graybar and Grainger accounts, so it makes it easy to get industrial parts and tools... If you are a home user these may be overkill and more of a nuisance to acquire parts.
