Your cart is empty.These sensors are for use with Manometers, Magnehelic® Gages, Pressure Switches and other Controllers to pick up or sense static pressure drop across air filters and cooling coils, blower input and discharge pressures, etc. The angled tips shown have 4" insertion depth. Each has four radially drilled .040" sensing holes. All except Model A-303 mount in 3/8" hole in duct. For portable use, a magnet holds No. A-303 in place. No. A-305 is used where a very low actuation or sensing point is required on a pressure switch or gage or where response time is critical. No. A-307 and A-308 are suitable for use in low velocity systems or where the need for accuracy is less critical.

I've owned probably 20 of these. They work -- 'nuff said. The magnet is helpful, too. The only issue is that I keep losing them in the attic insulation. Maybe a homing beacon would help.

Measured the static pressure on a furnace. Has a magnet that makes placing it convenient.

This is the same static pressure tap I used during a 35 year industrial career. Price is very reasonable and accuracy is unquestioned.

I purchased a pair of this with FOSHIO FT410 pressure tester. Bought a 8 foot length of 3/17" tubing from Home Depotto complete the test kit. Using this kit I tested our home central heating/cooling system. Test result confirms system isworking per design specs. When the time comes to replace the 5" air filter with heating season starting, I'd like to test and find a filter with minimum restriction in air flow. Over all I am happy to own this tool kit.

I am not a big fan on relying on the magnet to keep the probe in place. I could not find one with a screw down mounting plate. Else, great product. If your only for testing, the magnetic mount to the surface is ideal. (I.e. temporary mount/mobile application.

The shoulder on the fitting for the flexible tube attachment is a bit wide. The fitting either needs to be ground down or you need to heat the vinyl tubing first so it will slip on. You then have a very tight fit that is practical if you intend to leave the flexible tube attached.

Purchased these for HVAC job. Amazon site looked like I was getting 2 tips and thereby made it a good deal. I also liked the larger Magnets set on the correct side of teh base unlike some other brands. Product arrived with only one. I rechecked website to see if I missread it. Website sead Probes not probe. I called the vender and they IMEDIATELY and overnighted a 2nd probe to me. I think that is very good business and I will definately buy from them again.
