We have a Gaggia super-auto machine. This brand was recommended by the manufacture. We have extremely hard water - maybe the hardest it could possibly be. Our machine gets to sounding funny, we know it's time to use descaler. It works great.

I have an Italian drip coffee maker and this products cleans well and keeps my coffee maker in excellent working order. No after taste in pot after it is rinsed well. I rinse my pot 4 times although 2 times is recommended. Its an excellent product!
