light variations differ as far as color is concerned. a little tricky to use in the dark while lit just a heads up

Ordered one of these to play at a music festival. Tama on the first one was DoA (would not light up.) Returned it and ordered another one, and the second one came with a Ken that is DoA (will not light up) as well as a broken base cup. I won't bother trying to order another one. I didn't have high hopes, but it's hard to believe how consistently terrible the quality on these really is.

The kids love these Kendama's! Great for Eye hand coordination. Now the whole family has them and we do competitions. Lots of fun!
