Great chair. Really helped my back pain after I started using it. Love that it’s adjustable in height so I can use it at my desk or lunch barIt was not too difficult to assemble. Directions were easy to follow all parts organized well with Included tools necessary

The chair is super comfortable and easy to assemble. It’s pretty high too. I love the colour. It goes perfectly with my standing desk

Chair arrived today - 05/14/24 - and was assembled. It was mostly easy to assemble, a little awkward in spots to balance things to get bolts started... but one bolt anchor was definitely not correctly threaded. And it was the anchor, not the bolt, as I tried using a different and even the "extra" bolt, and all of them were very difficult to try to screw in. I eventually had to resort to using a set of heavy pliers to get the bolt fully secured (rear bolt to secure arm assembly to seat). Otherwise, everything else went together well.Everything is very well labeled in the box, including a card that the hardware is vacuum sealed to, in individual labeled compartments for ease of assembly. There is even one of each piece of hardware EXTRA, in a neat little "extras" compartment, in case of shortage of bad milling. Each bolt has threadlock pre-applied, so time will tell if that works as intended.The chair is robust.... ish. I specifically chose this chair as it was the height I needed, and is rated for a person of my size. I was expecting things to be made of more metal than this chair proved to be. The wheel base and central pneumatic tube are metal - steel by the feel of it - but everything else is plastic. Granted, it feels like high impact ABS plastic, but for parts like the footrest and the structural supports connecting the back to the seat, I had hoped for something a bit sturdier than plastic. Time will tell if this chair has what it takes. I will update in six months if it is holding its own, and sooner if it fails.All in all, I have high hopes.EDIT: 01/17/2025One of the wheels broke off today. I'd been considering replacing the wheels with the roller-blade style ones because they seem more robust, but I guess I don't have a choice now. Very disappointing, because the new wheels won't be here for a week, and I don't really have any choice but to keep using this chair until then... so wish me luck that it doesn't kill me.The rest of the chair is maintaining structural integrity and comfort, mostly, though. The padding on the right arm shifted within the first few days, so it doesn't feel quite as attached as it was, and the tilt lock keeps randomly engaging for no reason every now and then... but the back helped keep me cool during the hot summer, and the faint wobbliness of the seat hasn't progressed and has just become character now.all in all, this chair is doing the job it was purchased for, but it didn't make it a full year before the first thing on it broke, and that's pretty disappointing.

It is very comf to sit on, easy to put together also, all holes and screws are spot on perfectly done! The ring for the foot rest is too small you have to bent your knees to reach it and like the other reviewer stated, no matter how hard you turned the knob when you hop on the footring to get on the chair orn high set up the foot ring will collapsed way down there .... my old chair has a bigger and stronger foot rest and I weigh only 180 lbs... design flaws! Other than that I like the chair and how the back side is curvy to support your back.

More like three HOURS and twenty minutes is what it took me. It takes twenty minutes to get all of the parts out of the box!! At first I didn't think there were any directions included at all; then I found the simple diagram with the pictures of the chair. Ah, that helped. THEN, when all of the pieces were out of their wrappings, the instruction booklet fell out of the chair back piece. So it's NOT a take-it-out-of-the-box and pop the top onto the bottom type of adventure; nope, you have to assemble it all. Know that, going in. I eventually got it put together, and I'm pleased with it, but know that going in.Another baffling thing while assembling: I didn't realize the arms were adjustable. I could not figure out for the life of me how that arm fit on that chair back. No way. Finally I saw for myself that one of the arms adjusted, and then it made sense. They arrive in the "all the way UP" position.UPDATE, a year and a couple of months later: I really like the chair and use it every day. It's comfortable enough to use at my kitchen island "desk," which could be about as tall as a standing desk. The only thing I don't like about it is the footrest ring thing. It doesn't stay where you put it. It slides down if you put the least bit of weight on it, and trying to keep it adjusted to where you want it is just not gonna happen (for me, anyway). I just keep it at the bottom, where it always slides down to, and don't mess with it. That works for me; I'm 5'7" and have long legs, so this arrangement is comfortable for me. For someone shorter, someone with short legs, it might be an issue.More updates: I'm thinking of completely redoing my home office now and am looking around at standing desks and drafting chairs. The way I use this chair most of the time is sitting crosslegged at my kitchen bar, and it works for that. The cushions have held up well, and I'm very pleased with everything about the chair. (The footrest...well, it is what it is.) I'll probably buy the new version of this chair in all black. As I compare this chair with other chairs available on Amazon, so far I like the features of this one the best. I'd love a few other colors to choose from.

This is a great chair for the price range, I was expecting cheap finishes but the quality and build is actually very good. Installation took about 30 minutes and instructions were simple and to the point. The comfort is decent, but the best part is the lift range, this chair goes up to around 32". Perfect chair for anybody using a standing desk. I had a small hole in the mesh of the seat and reached out to customer service. They were extremely nice and super fast about sending me a replacement. I rarely write reviews but I do appreciate great service!
