Dr. Pulley 16x13 Sliding Roller Weights for 50cc 4-stroke QMB139 engines . Please select weight from drop-down menu. The following sizes now come in Black Pearl material: 5g, 6g, 6.5g, 8g. Please see photo gallery for an example. Traditionally, gear ratio is changed by the up-and-down rolling movement of the roller weights in the ramp of the Movable Drive Pulley (MDF). Now the innovative Dr. Pulley Sliding Roller Weights slide up-and-down the ramp to change the gear ratio. This unique sliding movement (not rolling) provides exclusive advantages to increase CVT performance. With Dr. Pulley , no abnormal wear will occur even when running in high gear. Great quality and performance was improved on top of speed. Much better than others out there. You truly get what you pay for. Would and will be buying more in the future

I like the way these pieces work. But this set has lasted a short time only a couple weeks. I'm not sure what I can say about these pictures all I know is that my transmission didn't work after I assembled with these new products and this is not my first rodeo. I did get a replacement thank you "A". yet again Im not understanding why they are black and not white like in the add. but another problem they are not the weight I ordered. ordered 6 gram and given 5.5 gram rollers . confused

I ordered these for my honda ruckus. I was very sceptical about slider vs. The standard roller weights. These worked great! Gained acceleration and about 5 MPH. I would definitely reccomend to anyone trying to gain some speed from the metropolitan or ruckus.

Originally had dr. Pulley round rollers in 4.5 grams which they really done good low range and higher range then I decided to buy the sliders by dr. Pulley 4.0 grams install them and for me actually the round roller weights seemed to have worked out better 4.5, actually the sliders are slower on take off but yet happy with both I will prefer the round of course the variator could make a difference in making the sliders work better don't know

5 Stars for a quality product, although I will need to try a different size. I'm 160lb and have a 2011 Honda Ruckus 50cc with NCY CDI. I installed the Polini Variator, Polini Kevlar belt, and these 7g sliding weights at the same time. I measured the stock rollers at 7g upon removal. I have read that there is a 1g rule stating that a 7g slider is equivalent to a 6g roller so I anticipated some difference but as far as I can tell these feel exactly the same (maybe even a tiny bit slower acceleration) as the stock weights and variator. Unfortunately there are many variables here (new variator, new un-broken-in belt, new sliders) so it is hard to evaluate the effects of the 7g sliders alone but I will report back as I experiment further.Update: 6/29/2022After my previous review I decided to just stick with the stock 7g round weights and I was very pleased with the performance. However, my Polini belt finally broke after 4 years and 2 months (6,384mi) and I had a set of these Dr. Pulley 8g weights sitting around so I decided to install them with the new belt. With the stock weights I had acceptable acceleration and my max speed was 43mph. After installing the Dr. Pulley 8g sliders acceleration suffered a bit but now my top speed is 46mph which is a small but nice improvement. I decided to order the Dr. Pulley 7g weights again to see If I can get the best of both worlds. Will report back!Update 9/10/22:I ended up settling on 7.5g (half 7g, half 8g). Gets me to 45mph max with acceptable acceleration.

I have a Taotao 49cc that I big bored to 100cc recently. It had aftermarket 8 gram rollers. When I swapped to the 4 gram sliders on a stock variator, the performance was night and day. 1-3mph loss depending on incline, but worth the loss. Acceleration is amazing and Ive had no issues with CVT heat so far! Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a noticeable difference in performance!
