Works and fits just like the original that came on the cushion. Perfect backup. I alternate between the two, changing them and washing them with the baby’s laundry and her detergent. No issues in the washing machine or tumble dry low. Quality seems same as original, great.

If you have the dr brown pillow, it does come with a cover but its helpful to have extra because chances are you will need it again before you can wash the dirty cover. I have a few of these replacements to have in rotation for regular washing plus when there are accidents.

I would recommend buying one or two of these. The pillows always get milk / spit up on them and you will need extra. They come in a few colors and zip on / off easily. This one is a nice grey. Easy to wash and get back on. Doesn’t feel cheap like some of the other replacement covers. Good item!

This looks better in person than photos. The fabric wipes easily, but isn't waterproof. So if you catch a dribble immediately, you can just wipe it. If not, just pull it off and wash. It retains its shape and size. The fabric is really nice. It has a nice feel to it. Easy to get off and back on despite the shape. No fighting it like sofa cushions, lol.

I love this Dr. Browns breastfeeding pillow cover! It is super good quality, easy to put on and very stylish! I love that this is gender neutral! If you have more than 1 baby or if you plan to have another baby then this is great. You won’t have to purchase another cover. The price is great as well! I highly recommend this!

This breastfeeding pillow cover is great. It’s the perfect fit to any standard breastfeeding pillow and this particular design is perfect for gender neutral style. Most pillows come with an attached cover and although it’s not necessary to get an additional cover, it’s definitely useful. It comes in handy when there’s messes to clean up and just to keep your pillow clean overall.This is a great choice and totally worth the money. It’s fairly wrinkle-free, easy to put on and easy to wash. Love it!

This pillowcase cover is a light gray with a leaf design. The material is a cotton blend that is initially rough but softens ilegible washes. The package recommends you wash the pillowcase prior to using it. It fits the breast-feeding pillow of the same brand perfectly. It is sturdy and can withstand many washes and it so far has not faded with washing.

I did not get this to use with a Dr. Brown's pillow or any other kind of a nursing pillow. I have been trying to find a good cover for my neck/travel pillow that is a similar shape. I knew the dimensions of the cover were a little bigger than my pillow, but thought I'd try it. I was surprised that it wasn't a softer material, but I washed and dried it first and that helped a little bit. It's still too big - didn't shrink like I hoped it would, but if you are getting it for the right pillow/purpose it was meant for that's a good thing. The pattern is a nice neutral looking one in a pale gray with a white leafy pattern.

The listing for this says it's made for the Dr. Brown's breastfeeding pillow but I decided to give it a try for a "Dream on me" breastfeeding pillow because it's the same shape and it fits perfectly! I love the pattern and it's made of a nice fabric. I'm happy to have found this as an extra pillow case for this pillow.
