I ordered a 6 pack of cushions. The package I received only had 3 cushions in it. Do I have to return what I got and reorder or is there another solution to this problem?

At first they were thin coming out of the package but they are pressure sealed for packing. Nice soft fabric and durable. The size fits my chairs - finally. I’ve tried two others and had to return because the dimensions were wrong and always too short for the seat.

I was changing the color scheme in my decor and needed to find dark navy cushions for my dining room. I saw these and prayed and ordered them. They are a perfect navy blue. They come folded and vacuum sealed. I think if they were rolled instead of folded, it might be better. The folding causes a fold line down the middle that makes the cushions look a few years old and sat on rather than brand new cushions. Some of them didn’t fully expand even after 72 hours (directions say 24-48 hours). I kept them because they were the exact color that I wanted. The string ties are a good length. The non slip backing does help to keep the cushions in place. Despite the fact that some of them didn’t fully expand, they were still reasonably comfortable. It did what I wanted it to do. We just used them for the first time and they still don’t need to be washed, but I would imagine a good wipe down would be all it would need. I like the dark color because it won’t show as many stains as something lighter. I took a star off because of the expanding and fold line issue, but otherwise they do exactly what I wanted them to do.

This pair of seat pads replace some older ones and are more superior than originals (not sure what that means). But, these are well constructed and have a bit of padding, although not that much. They fit my means very well, though.

These are quite thick, but they are also not firm at all. This means that while they're initially comfortable, they tend to sink in the middle and give, concentrating your weight in that valley. This means it can get a bit painful after a bit. If you're heavy with a sensitive tailbone, this isn't the cushion for you.
