1998 Chevy Silverado 5.0L 2wd. Same as doing shoe replacement to install, but matches original. Make sure adjustment wheel is not mounted backwards as mine was.

Bought an old w/t model that sat for a while. Rear mechanism locked up and came apart so I needed all of it. Saved me a lot if time and I know it's right. The 10" and the 11.5" mechanism looks different so if this looks like yours its the right one.
