When arrived opened box and there was parts missing and around the middle was cracked definitely disappoint after spending the money and waiting for it to arrive I cant even use its damaged 😡

I had it installed at a repair shop. There is a very slight vibration in the car now. I can't be sure it is the hanger, but I really have my suspicion that it is based on information from forums I have read. But for the price, it does its job.

Have seen this product last as little as 2yrs and as long as ? Price vs Quality is worth the risk. I would advise having "your" drive shaft rebuilt by an experienced professional. And not to purchase a rebuilt in exchange for yours

Great way to service the drive shaft. Comes with all the clips and stuff to do the job great. FYI mine took lots of heat to take apart but it is from Canada where they try to kill cars in 2 years with the ice melt they put on the roads.

I put this on my 2003 Saturn Vue a little over a year ago. When I put it on the vehicle I thought the rubber bushing was super thin and it did not look near as well built as the one I took off the vehicle. Well, it lasted less than 12,000 miles.The bearing is fine but the paper thin rubber bushing is cracked and falling apart. With no rubber support the vehicle is unsafe to drive because of the terrible vibration.I thought maybe the driveshaft must have been out of balance or something else caused this premature failure but my mechanic said it was a cheap carrier bearing plain and simple. The 2 driveshafts were fine.I called Dorman to see about a replacement because it has a "Lifetime Warranty". Well Dorman does not honor a warranty to the consumer. You have to go to Amazon or the parts vendor you bought it from to get the warranty.Well ... Amazon / parts vendors say you have to go to the manufacturer to get the replacement. What ?? I think I need some Vaseline because I'm out almost a hundred bucks and neither company will budge on this warranty issue.I would not recommend Dorman products after having to deal with this nightmare. A huge company like this should put their reputation before trying to skimp a few bucks on consumers like me.1 star is more than they deserve but 0 stars is not available.
