Went to replace a line (the quick connect at the bottom was rotting out. Just cut it out and add trans line before it breaks and you lose your trans), barely touched my OEM cooler and one nipple broke right off.Bought this and a few feet of new 1/2" trans line (been a while ago, I believe it was 1/2").No issues. No leaks. All good.Replace yours before your 6 or 10 speed trans vomits it's fluid and leaves you stranded, and broke...

After going up one size tire on my 2014 Ford F150 I began having a transmission overheating problem when towing. Then I learned that I didn’t have the auxiliary transmission oil cooler. Bought this one and it fits right into the existing bracket. I had to cut/connect the lines. It’s worked great ever since and has kept my transmission cool.

To retrofit the a 2013 F-150 EcoBoost with a external transmission cooler you can use this and then buy a BL3Z-7B028-C online/dealership. Pop the old line out with a special tool. Pop the new line in and connect the cooler. Then cut the rubber off the old line to connect this cooler to the radiator. Or if you want it to sit better in the holder you will need a foot of 1/2 oil line (the old line rubber is a little short).

Once I got the right tool to separate tranny lines it was plug and play. You can't tell it from the original and it works fine.
