I replaced both this part, the Dorman 911-760 Bi-pass vent solenoid and the Dorman 911-764, the Canister at the same time. Both parts appear to fit my 2001 Honda Odyssey perfectly. Both parts came with the necessary O-rings that are required to fit them together. The only thing I did not like about either part is that neither of them came with the replacement screws necessary to connect them together and to reinstall them. I was able to find the two longer screws, metric size 5, 20 mm long along with lock washers and nuts at a local hardware store. The two shorter screws, probably metric size 5 and maybe 6 mm long, I was able to remove with a pair of vise grips and solvent. That took several minutes to separate them from the bracket. So far, both parts appear to be functioning well.

Works as advertised. Solved my P1456 code. Replaced canister at same time. When I tried to remove OEM valve from OEM canister the bolts snapped in the canister. If you are working on an old Honda, check all the vacuum line connections around the canister and use a 9V battery to test all the EVAP solenoids. Check youtube on how-to. I saved at least $800 by replacing the solenoid and vacuum lines myself. My one caution is that you need to be handy with rusted nuts/bolts and comfortable working under a car.
