The only issue was the rear mounting pegs. The original part used rubber grommets to mount and this part does not. All you need to do is remove the grommets and this part fits right in and mounts securely.

Great product identical to OEM easy to install. I kept getting a check engine light but a scan tool narrowed it down to this and after driving 250 miles check the scan tool and all codes are gone and never came back.

I replaced the original 16 year old canister to eliminate the suspected cause of a check engine light. It solved the problem.

Original factory part went bad and was leaking via a smoke test I ran causing a CEL, which in turn would not pass our (BS SCAM) state of Illinois emission tests. This was the fix for my 2008 Jeep Commander. Easy to install, took less than 20 minutes. Problem solved.

Replaced a 8-year-old Duralast charcoal Vapor canister and only time will tell if this is a reliable replacement. Doorman sales quality aftermarket auto parts so I should be fine fingers crossed.
