This water outlet looks like a perfect match for my 89 2.5 YJ but when I tried installing the threaded port blocking bolt, it felt very loose and and started to cross thread. I stopped and I took a trip to lowes but couldn’t match a bolt to the threads. I tried the plumbing section as well thinking it was a pipe thread but had no luck. I’m not sure if this is a one off thing or common occurrence. The part looked like it hadn’t been used and came with a new gasket. Proceed with caution.

This replaced the existing housing exactly! I thought that with the polished look to it, that i might come across some leaks, but I didn't. It looks to be made very well.
