Directly bolted up like original cover. Very easy to install, but being a licensed mechanic, a novice would not think so, best to not get rammie or can break

Had a little trouble getting all the lower screws to line up, was at the limits of tolerance, but it did go together with a little persuasion. Top cover uses 3 screws where the factory cover only used 2 and a flange on one end that wrapped around the rear cover. But again, not a big deal.

Exact fit for my 2002 PT Cruiser 2.4 liter DoHC engine. If you have the timing belt out, you should ahead and change those old busted covers.

The plastic looks a little low quality to my non professional sight but works perfectly on my girlfriend's PT cruiser 2006.I got the set but only used the lower piece.Shipped and arrive on time.
