Wanted a black reservoir cap, old one was messed up. its a tight fit but it worked on my 1991 mazda miata. You cannot use the gasket or plastic cover from the old mazda radiator cap. This comes with its own gasket, and that plastic cover is not needed on this one.

Looks and feels like it will last and do its job, that's all that really matters. At $5-7 it's priced right. More seems silly.I actually bought this for my 1985 Toyota MR2 and it seems to fit the overflow tank properly. The original caps are known for disintegrating.
