Fits the stock radiator overflow tank perfectly on a 2002 4Runner. Had to reuse the old internal pipe in the tank, but this item wasn’t advertised including it.

Went on a little snug, but seals up real nice. Attached the same kind of heater tubing to the inlet going into the reservoir and I no longer loose coolant to evaporation! Could be a cheap made Chinese part (foreign letters on the top?), but it does the trick.
