Like that it is exact replacement for original, and that it is easy to install, once the plastic cover forthe retaining nut is removed.

Inserts, inserts and more inserts. We never seem to think that tension arm will lose any strength, but it does. After several sets of inserts, I purchased these arms and restored a fully wiping system back to new. Very good buy and easy to install.

The arms were perfect, FIT right on, install SIMPLE, THE quality WAS A five star. The spring pressure was XLNT. I coupled THE arms with pilot dual blade wiper blades. The system is impeccable!!, HATS OFF Dorman.

Perfect fit. Only reason for the 4 star and not 5 was that the plastic screw cover had a crack and broke trying to reinstall it.

The wiper arm was a good price, and it shipped for free in two days, just as it was supposed to. The arm is in brand new condition, as expected, and it looks good. It was a direct replacement to my stock wiper arm, which randomly broke off a few months ago. It was extremely easy to put on. It has held up very well for the few months I've had it. I'd definitely buy from Dorman again.
