Absolutely does not fit a '02 F150 with a 4.2L V6, it might fit a V8. The bracket on the pulley has 3 holes, the front two line up and fit but the one at the rear should be on the bottom where the compressor would mount but it's on the top instead and there's nothing there for it to bolt to. IDK if it's the people entering information at Amazon or if it's the information Dorman is giving them but either way it's wrong.

Perhaps I made a mistake in selecting this part for my V-6 99 F-150 XLT. It did not fit properly. It was deliverd quickly but had to be returned.
