It's so far off on the machining it was unuseable wouldnt trust it if it was milled to spec.its cheap plastic.you can pull your old ac compressor and put a new barring in it and it will be fine

fixed me up in a pinch.. but very cheaply made. Pulley like others have said is plastic and not sure, but may already be squealing.I would consider this a tool more-so than an actual A/C delete pulley.

worked great!my ac compressor froze up on me. and since there is one belt i couldn't drive my truck. so i bought this and bolted it on. now I'm on the road again.i tried to fit it without disconnecting the compressor but there just was not enough slack in the flexible ac hoses.so i had to have the system evacuated by a shop. then completely remove the compressor, then put this on.i used two longer bushings for the two bolts towards the front of the truck. and a shorter bushing for the one bolt towards the rear. it did not come with flat washers and lock washers. but i had some that fit and put them on with the bolts.after i bolted it on, i put the belt on and it looked slightly mis-aligned. it came with a spacer to put behind the pulley. so i removed the pulley, put on the spacer and replaced the pulley. and it is perfectly aligned now. no noise or anything.i'm very happy with this product!

To actually work on a Thunderbird Super Coupe requires a minor modification. The included spacers were trash, I made my own heavy duty spacers. No washer for the bolts were included.........so I made some up from 1/4" aluminum to distribute the clamping force better.
