For my application (97’ Chevy 2500 6.5td) this bypass pulley works but the description is very inaccurate. Unfortunately the bolts they include in no way will work. They just fall right in the bolt hole. Thankfully I have a readily available supply of bolts in the garage. Description also states the factory belt will work after the compressor is removed, which isn’t correct. While it fits the tensioner is bottomed out and will not provide the correct tension. Factory belt size is 101 5/8”. After three trips to the parts store we found that 101-1/8” was perfect for the tensioner. The plastic pulley seems sketchy but time will tell how it holds up. Ultimately having to buy a new belt plus the bypass I could’ve spent the same amount and bought a “new” compressor.

The plastic pulley is disappointing and has me questioning the longevity of the bearing.

Was supposed to fit my vehicle but came with the wrong sized bolts and incorrect centering sleeves.Perhaps be aware this my not be a simple bolt-on solution without picking up new bolts.
