These swim shorts are very heavy duty. They are high waisted and have a pretty thick elastic band around the top, which could either be good or bad depending on how you like your shorts to fit. They do have a line on the inside that hugs your legs, it is good for modesty purposes, but also slightly uncomfortable. I was looking for something with pretty full coverage so these shorts actually worked great for my purpose. They fit true to size. Elastic on the top can be a little tight and not so flattering, but they are decent swim shorts . Ordered for my upcoming vacation to Aruba.

These women’s high waisted swim shorts are soft, and they’re comfortable. They dry fast, and they have great quality material. They’re thick, and they fit great. They come in assorted colors, and assorted sizes. I would recommend these women’s high waisted swim shorts.

I bought these swim shorts for an upcoming waterpark trip and they fit really well! They are really high waisted and sit just above the belly button with a string that can be tied to adjust the fit. The interior has a bikini brief style piece that gives you full coverage while swimming or doing sports on the beach. They are constructed really well and the fabric is great, a nice thick material that won’t tear easily. The only downside to this is that they will take a bit longer to dry but seeing as they are standard swim fabric they dry easily no matter what. I love the dolphin style shorts with the white trim and bought a black top with white embellishments to go with it. The shorts are true to size or slightly small, if you’re on the fence not sure which size to buy I’d suggest sizing up to be safe as you can always make the waist slightly smaller using the tie in the waistband.

Although the quality and stitching is fine, I found these were not a flattering fit. Some of the photos in the description looked like these had a smooth waistband, some looked like a gathered waistband. I took a chance and what arrived were shorts with a very bulky, gathered waistband. I tried them on, hoping for the best. I measure 29" waist and 38" hips-in between M and L on the chart. I am usually a medium, and did not want a loose waist, so I went with medium. These are too snug, and create a muffintop. Also, the way the contrast is sewn in at the bottom of the waistband makes it stick out, looking extra bulky. I think these would look cute on a thin gal, but not so much one with a more "padding" like me. If you are in between sizes, I would size up.

LOVE these peach shorts!! I got the "desert flower" color and they're peachish pink. The contrasting trim is super cute.I ordered the medium based on the "US size" that indicated medium was an 8-10, as opposed to the measurements. I'm a size 8/10 on the bottom, but generally like my shorts/pants to be at least 30 inches for comfort. I debated with the large size, but know a 12/14 would just hang off me and I wanted a more fitted pair of shorts. The shorts fit will based on the suggested US size! While the waistband is tighter, the band doesn't cut too badly. I wish they would do a 10/12, as I would 100% get that. I found the butt to be pretty tight, but that's exactly what I wanted. The pockets are deep enough for my phone, but it would be nice if they zippered, since I'll be wearing these while being active.I'm torn on whether to cut out the internal underwear (normally I cut those out IMMEDIATELY). This one isn't too bad. The shorts are tight enough that I feel like taking out the underwear would make the shorts too see-through, or would show the irregular cut pattern where I cut it. It's also not as uncomfortable as the rest I've tried.All in all, I love the bright neon color of the shorts, and their tight fit with waist band that doesn't give me a muffin top. I'd buy more if they had better colors, but as it is I'll probably stick with one. Oh, a side note - based on how semi-transparent the peach shorts are, I may not opt for white. They may be see-through.

Fabric quality 4/5It's a stretchy, quick-drying and slightly thick fabric that provides good coverage when wet. The picture makes it look like swishy running short fabric, but it is bathing suit fabric. Nice details including metal aglets on the end of the drawstrings and 3 total pockets. Pockets fit my older smart phone. A big new smart phone would be a tight fit. Overall higher than average quality and stitching than what I expect from amazon.Color 5/5Looks like the picture. Called "apricot" but is actually light brown, the color of coffee with a lot of milk or a band aid. Trendy but neutral color that goes with almost any other color. The drawstring is actually white but is depicted as grey in the image. The white looks better.Fit 5/5May run a little large. Sizing similar to sizing from major brands. High waisted and fairly short but cover what they need to cover. I'm a 5'2" woman and 185lbs. I normally wear XXL but misread the size chart and ended up buying Large, which fits snuggly but comfortably. The stretchy fabric is totally comfortable. You can probably size down by one size.UseThese are a good option for people who want more coverage than a bikini but don't want "board shorts". They are cute and sporty and a little more feminine than board shorts. I expect these are more flattering for more body types because they are high-waisted and stretchy. I think these look good on me; Bermuda-style board shorts typically emphasize the widest part of my body (hips) in the worse way possible.
