Most of the pictures show a tool that is 30-36” in length. Except the one in the back of the group that shows dimensions of 15”. I needed the longer version shown in most of the pictures.

The weld onto the thin hollow tunings is terrible and not even at a 90⁰ angle. Looks bad and seems weak...No way this would lift a man hole cover...I would not risk trying

Poor workmanship: amateurish welding: burned weld marks not polished off, uneven craggy weld joints of rod to handle. Main rod of hook is gouged by grinder leaving an indent that potentially weakens the rod. T-handle is hollow tube with ends cut off & not chamfered smooth but left with sharp uneven edge that will cut hands. I'm returning this & purchased a different manhole cover hook puller that's less expensive, 1-day shipping to my address, & more importantly made of SOLID stainless steel with smooth weld joints.
