This may work fine in a small suv with houseshoe dogs, but not in a full size 4 door truck with a 100lb Boxer and full grown German Shepherd.Mounting is entirely too flimsy. It moves, shakes and makes entirely too much noise. The first time my Boxer hits it, it will collapse.It does look nice in the pictures. Installation is not as easy as it looks. It’s to floppy. You need three hands.The first one came and someone had cut the white strapping holding the metal parts together. All the mounting straps were missing and the white strapping was stuffed into the parts bag.The second came with all parts. I followed instructions and it’s just not going to work in my situation.Again, I think it would work fine for a small suv with small dogs.

This is a very poor design. The only way to hod it up was to strap it to the head rest. the top was not secured. my dogs could pull it down.

Keeps puppy in back seat and keeps him safe. No complaints from us just him. Easy to put on. Seems sturdy. Definitely functional. Does not block view while driving.
