My glasses arrived faster than expected. They were carefully packaged -- each individual mug was wrapped in bubble wrap, then sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard, and the whole thing wrapped in bubble wrap.The far as quality goes, the mug is sturdy yet light, and they reproduced my design absolutely perfectly. 6/5 stars!!!
