Louisiana Grill RTD Probe
- The grill probe measures the internal temperature of the main grill. When the grill temperature is adjusted, the grill probe will read the actual (current) temperature inside the grill to adjust to the desired temperature.

This replacement controller card was an exact replacement and worked great.. Taking the =grill hopper apart to however wsas tedium and time consuming. When you do it you should also replace thermostat and blower fan. You then have an "almost" new grill !!! takes 2 to 3 hours to get every thing apart..

Could not find a way to get the control panel set in place from the front & with the plastic bezel like the OEM stuff was mounted, but was able to mount the control panel from the inside instead. Doesn't look too bad & everything working. Heating element, temp probe, & all wiring harness connections were direct connector-to-connector swap outs from the originals. Time will tell how it holds up but the cost of this kit was a fraction of a new smoker, even ones on end of summer clearance.

Installed this board in my Louisiana Pellet grill, then did a long brisket smoke. This controlled the temperature better and reported the internal temperature way more accurately the original unit did. Very happy so far.

I've been having issues with my grill not holding temp. This replaced pretty much everything but the hopper feed motor and fan, so I'm starting fresh. For those that have mentioned needing to drill another hole for the mounting screw, there was a hole there in mine, just covered by the overlay. Just look at the back, the hole is there. Steady holding temp, happy so far.

Everything works but it doesn't control the most important part. The fan just keeps going full blast.I plugged in the old controller and it still controls the fan.One of the harness plugs also had solder in it and would not connect. Cheap and not put together well.

My LG900 grill wasn’t keeping the smoke temperature and decided to buy this kit. All the parts I replaced were easy to reinstall and fit perfect. After replacing all these my grill started working again. These $75 parts made my $900 smoker work again.

5 stars because this is a great product. FYI for anyone about to click 'buy' that may not already know - Check your "G" number on the bottom right of your old screen before ordering. This is a G2 unit, mine is a G3 (which is also the same size as a G4). The boards have identical functionality and you can interchange them, however, the physical dimensions are slightly different between the G2 and the G3/4. In my case the G2 is slightly longer than the location for my unit, good news is, a dremel made quick work of the difference and I was able to use this with 0 issues after a 3 minute 'field modification'.

I originally had the G.3 control center, but found this one with igniter and sensors. Easy instal and working like new.
