Good utility with 2 pockets with button down flap. Durable and stain release. So easy to iron to make it look great. Fit is a full type. So is generous with a wide audience of physiques. When bought new, noticed some loose threads, but they come right out, and the shirt is otherwise well sewn, straight seams, and such.Buttons are good quality. Collar stays keep the collar points straight, and smart. I would not call these the softest fabric combination though. If you want a bit softer a great cotton T shirt under is a good idea. I like this shirt allot. I bought many, and they are a constant in my wardrobe.Spoilers for the shirt would be others that may challenge this. The most odd one is not even sold in the USA. It is Australian. Hard Yakka. Think Robert Irwin, he wears them. I think these shirts though a pain to get here in the states where I can order Dickies here and a couple days they are here. The Hard Yakka has better comfort, and the light summer weight feels better too. Better constructed too. They will cost more. The heavier cotton Hard Yakka is even better. These are my standards I feel a work shirt should be judged. But I have been wearing Dickies since a kid. Familiar and easy to get. Compared to back then to now, I think Dickies have cut costs and some quality concessions have been made. But still reasonably good value, good wearing and easy to iron. Beats my Hard Yakkas in that area, though the summer weight Hard Yakka is similar in ironing ease.At the end of the day, I have way more of the Dickies because I just plain like them. They may not be the best, but they compare and are quite competitive and not expensive. I will keep buying them. Same with the Hard Yakka even if it has to come across the ocean. Dickies when the need is now, and very happy about it. Recommended.

Fit is true and material seems durable. I wear mine when when I want to feel fancy. I might even tuck it in.Not very thick so it breathes decently. Good value. Buttons up fairly easy

These shirts don’t fade, don’t shrink, and wear forever. Great shirts for men to do men stuff in!

These are our company work shirts and they are so durable and comfortable. Do not tear easily, wash well. My husband wanted some that he could wear when not at work and I think they look good as everyday men’s wear. Also, love the large size options as my husband is not a small man.

I’ve worn Dickies forever it seems. They never disappoint. Fit is good, launders good and lasts for a long time. While not necessary and would only and to the cost I’ve always put a top stitch on the inner and outer placket. I my opinion it turns the shirt into more of a dress / custom work shirt and it aids in keeping the front straight.I will always buy again.

Excellent value. Room to move in the shoulders and not tight fitting like lots of modern shirts which say XL but feel more like M. Wear it on its own or over a teeshirt. I have four of these shirts and have been told that they are popular with hipsters, so I have been unintentionally trendy for the last year.

This is a great work shirt! I buy these for my husband, who works in a mill environment. Let's just say, he's ROUGH on his clothes. His jeans are usually torn after a month and the thin t-shirts barely last. These are very high quality for a low price. They last through hot, long days emerged in wood products and glue. I've washed them probably two dozen times and they've held up well. No tears, no loose threads, just solid shirts. The size does seem a little large -- a large fits my husband perfectly -- he's normally an XL or even an XXL. However, they don't shrink in the wash- YAY! I like how they're soft and flexible and give him the 'supervisor' look with the collar and buttons, yet still maintain comfort with the material and short sleeves. One thing I will say though, is that the colors aren't really depicted correctly. The blue in the photo is not the blue that arrived. It was much brighter... almost a 'candy' blue (think 'candy' red cars). It's not bad, it's just not what it looks like in the photo. Also, the navy blue and olive are also depicted poorly. I ordered the two colors together, and when they arrived, I couldn't tell them apart! Oh well!Anyway, overall, I'd give these shirts an A+! Not to mention that they're cheap compared to other "workers" brands. So far, I've purchased four, and I will certainly purchase more in the future! Highly recommended!
