These were amazing... at first. Space saving, looked nice, perfect size. I placed two of these on my textured glass shower door. After 2 weeks, one of them won't remain suctioned and falls down within a day, even with nothing hanging from it. The other one is still going strong so far but I am not hopeful she will go the distance.

Didn’t disappoint did the job. Needed a towel holder for my glass shower and one for my downstairs guest bath room and it held up well in both surfaces

It lasted 81 days before it just spontaneously broke & fell off the wall. This rack was for a bath towel. I didn't want to damage the custom slate tile wall, so I thought this was a great solution. I followed the instructions, it worked fine, but I guess the suction only works for a limited time. I repeatedly tried to re-attach the rack to the wall, just like the first time, but it won't even hold its own weight. A good idea that just doesn't work in the long term, so overall, a waste of money.

Didn't feel like drilling holes in my new tile after a shower reno when the wifey "forgot" she wanted a face cloth rack in one area. Got this product and couldn't be happier. It has never come off the wall since install, which was a breeze.

Der Handtuchhalter hielt ca. 5 Monate. Dann fiel er ab. Ich habe die Anleitung exakt befolgt, aber das Vakuum funktioniert auf der einen Seite nicht mehr. Sehr schade, an sich eine gute Idee - die bei diesem Preis aber funktionieren muss

Spent money expecting this to last much longer than the one month it lasted me. It is NOT a suction cup holder as stated in its name, but rather just sticky taped on to the surface. As you can see, it is no wonder why it has failed even after just one month of light use with just a towel. Buy something else, would not recommend.

We needed a towel bar in our bathroom; we ordered one of these and followed the instructions. However, one side would not grip and slipped down the wall. Turns out, this part of the wall had been repaired and the drywall used had a mild texture to it, which caused the suction to not work. We ordered a second bar and put it on the back of our bathroom door and have had no issues since. Works great, as long as the surface it is being attached to is smooth!

The 17” length is perfect for drying a washcloth without folding, and the matte black was a perfect match for my shower fixtures, but one of the suction cups broke off the wall after about half a year. I tried to fix it and noticed that the turning mechanism was somehow broken. When I took it down completely I noticed that the suction cups were both white and rotted in places. Too bad.Good short term solution, but I might have to bite the bullet and drill into my shower.
