This padded short designed for sports to avoid injuries during exercise.
It is very flexible, and they feel a bit tight when worn, that's normal, because it can reduce your exercise fatigue, keep your exercise dynamic.
This sport padded short is made of elastic material, it will be a bit tight for the first time, but then it won't be.
To get your clothes to wear longer, main protect to padded compression part in the washing.

these are great - got to play with the grandkids...but I might keep them on as they protect my hips from my clumsy bumping into door framesfit was good...padding is foam and all sewn in so shouldn't moveit's hand wash only...which always worries me because I'll forget and they'll go through both washer and dryer most likely - hope they surviveI can happily say that my hips feel much better after this weekends roughhousing and playing catchprice 43 (march 2025; tho prices tend to increase) - seems expensive for what's here - basically underwear with 5 foam bits within - though anyone who's ever bought anything 'foam' quickly realizes that air is expensive - never quite understood why things from foam are so costly - these feel excessively expensive for what they are - these are 20 dollar shorts not 40+

I ordered an XL because my actual waist measurement is 38", but they were loose in the waist because they are sized based on mens' pants sizing, where I'm a 34, so I would have been better suited by a Large. The XL was still a bit tight in the thigh though, so they might be tight in the leg if you have large legs. Despite having to pull them up every few minutes, the feel and protection were excellent. I used these in sword training, and I was fully protected against any hits in the coverage areas, and they also work as great padding under armor. Not being hand washable is a downside, but I plan to just air them out and wash them every 2-3 wears and its fine.

Some of these reviews are cracking me up, someone said they are really big and bulky and someone else got them for wearing while playing with her grandkids. Anyways these are specifically for sports, my son wears these or something like these for both football and hockey. I’ve actually bought Tuoy ones the last few seasons and they work great, and this pair is no exception!Sizing wise they run true to size, not small like a lot of these types of protective shorts do. So get your normal size and do not size up. They offer padding everywhere you need it when you’re being slammed into the ground or ice over and over. All in all definitely recommend!

I got this for my teenaged grandson who plays football. I'm always looking for ways to help protect him on the field. If I could wrap him in bubble wrap, I would lol. But as much as I want him protected, he also needs to be comfortable & be able to move well. This checks every box! Very lightweight, very comfortable for him under his other gear. & the padded areas at key impact points, gives me some piece of mind. I also got the matching shirt & am equally impressed with it.
