I deliberately chose this kit of DEWEL Wood Filler Wax Sticks with a large number of colours (18) so I would have maximum opportunity to match wood needing filling. The kit comes with a sharpener to keep the sticks sharp (important for getting into smaller cracks, holes) and a small spatula for scrapping away excess wax and to smooth the repair. It is a good kit to have on hand as the need arises.

I love this product. Should have known about it soon. It covers all the cracks i have and more. Color blends in nicely as well. Can't wait to find and fill more cracks on my would floor or furniture. Must buy.

This wood scratch repair kit came with 18 different colors which is very helpful when trying to match a piece of furniture. I have a hyper dog who thinks she can climb like a mountain goat and she likes to try out her skills on my wood furniture. Needless to say, I have a lot of scratches to fill! These crayons did come with some instructions but as I am completely new to this process, I did have to do a lot of research on my own. I would have appreciated some more information from the seller - tips and tricks, maybe some QR codes to relevant youtube videos that could help. At any rate, it doesn’t look great but I hopefully will get better with practice!

I am not an expert at furniture scratch repair so am ill-suited to really provide a comprehensive review of this product. I can say the crayons are high quality and have a nice range of colors. I tried them on a severe wearing off of a finish, which I'm pretty sure isn't the right application. It did help, but what I really need to do with this furniture is sand it down and refinish it - but it is 10 feet plus long and full of computer equipment! And then there is my lack of expertise. The table is built in and so far I haven't been able to entice anyone to finish it, LOL.I did settle down and try it on some Bruce flooring with scratches, and it did a credible job of making the scratches blend in with the rest of the floor. It's always good to keep some of these repair products around the house, and this seems like a good one!

In my photos you can see my use of the wood filler sticks on an antique Chinese chest. I used the candle to soften the wax, but probably didn't need to. After letting it harden, I scraped the excess wax off, and you can see the result in the other photos. Note that the photos are taken at an angle that highlights the wax--in real life it doesn't look so obvious.One thing I noted was that the colour held against the wood is very different to the colour in the crack of the wood (this was quite a large crack, due to varying humidity), so if your first colour doesn't work, choose a different one. It's good to have so many different colours.The instructions are pretty good, both on the back of the pack and on a leaflet inside.We'll see how the wax lasts, but so far, so good.

I needed to repair a major broken piece of the corner of my nightstand and a minor scratch on the same nightstand. A major one needed some wood putty (not included) to repair, but I used these Wood Fillers as paint. It isn’t perfect but good enough. For minor scratches, I used these Touch-Up Markers. Again, it’s not perfect but became less noticeable.One thing I noticed is that the Color Mix Chart Card has some different colors on it, not the colors included in the box. then noticed it has a different brand name on the card. (the kit name is Dewel®️, and the card is Seisso®️). If they included the right Color Mix Chart Card, it would have been more helpful.
