I love this jacket, but every time I use it, I have to unplug et re-plug the battery for the button to work.Anyone knows why?Thank you.

I have bought many heated coats like 5 and NONE OF THEM COME CLOSE TO THIS HEATED COAT! If I could give it 10 STARS I WOULD! 1 the material the coat is made out is so warm I don’t even turn on the heated feature but when it dropped down below -17 the coat keep me warm as toast for hours! I will be buying another one! It’s kind of expensive but worth it all day long! GETS BEST HEATED COAT AWARD FROM ME FOREVER AND EVER! IT FITS PERFECT I GOT MENS ONE LIKE HOW IT FITS BETTER LIKE I SAID BEST HEATED COAT EVER U WONT BE SORRY BUY IT includes a big battery that lasts long time

Purchased for 103 year old dad and he loves it! Eliminated the need for a heated blanket when he is up and around. Always cold so this is the answer to keep him warm. We purchased this over the Milwaukee brand, which was recommended to us, because of the arm/sleeve heaters. Milwaukee did not offer arm/sleeve heat. The material is soft fleece, sturdy and well styled. Very happy! Now 2 months later the charging usb-c charging cord failed. Will Newbu stand behind a bad cord? Can’t get the battery to charge and we live in Minnesota. Dad is once again COLD. ☹️

There are things I really like about this jacket but some that I don’t love, but others may not mind.Pros - Thick, stops the wind, very warm.Cons - Stiff, pocket placement to high, weightyI have only worn this a handful of times, to football games. I was really happy to have it and it did a great job in keeping me warm. But for me, it’s a bit heavy if I had to be up and moving around. I also feel a bit restricted in my arm movement. Not due to fit, I think it’s just the fleece is so thick and a little stiff. But like I said, other people may find that as a positive (good quality, thick fleece). I would love to have something like this in a lightweight, longer puffer jacket.

Love my coat! Fits well, the material is comfortable and warm. The battery was a little wonky… text the company, we tried several fixes to no avail and they quickly sent a replacement battery. New battery works like a champ and my coat is like wearing a warm blanket. Only problem my granddaughters all try and take it home. I need to buy a tracker to stitch on the inside! Great buy…. Go for it!

The quality of the material is nice, durable and lightweight. The time to charge the battery fully was efficient. The heating is perfect. I like the added feature of the jacket turning down to medium heat after 5 minutes of being on high and the temperature is still comfortable. The position of the pockets are also great and spacious and your hands are over the heated areas. This company’s sizing guide is true to size. I’m 5’1 and 190lbs, bust size a D and I ordered a XL and it fit just right with a little extra moving room. All around great jacket and products.

I purchased this jacket and I fully charged the battery prior to wearing the item. It wasn't even really cold out so I had the setting in low and it only lasted 3 hrs before the battery was completely dead. This is not recommended for cooler climates or for work.

Update: Dewbu reached out to me, I did not even have to contact them....they emailed me and offered to replace the battery at no cost in an attempt to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I verified my info and less than a week later a brand new battery landed in my mailbox. It doesn't last long but it charges to full capacity in just a few hours. I still love the jacket but now I get to love it more often since I no longer have to wait an entire day and then some to wear it.....and this is a year to have a nice heated jacket because it's been so freakin cold! I like the thumbholes although I can only use them if I'm not wearing another jacket over this one. I put my down coat on top of this heated jacket and while I may not be able to put my arms down, I sure am nice and toasty warm. Sleeves could be a bit longer in proportion to the body. The hood is the perfect size, not so small it trashes my hair-do and not so big it covers my face. It's not scratchy, the zipper is sturdy and easy to use after it gets broke in, kinda stiff and hard to separate at first. Pockets are in a weird spot but are a decent size and zippered. Not quite sure what the tiny pocket on the sleeve is for? A very obvious stash pocket maybe... I unplug the battery when I take it off to make the battery last longer. I LOVE IT!! I bought one for my friend for Christmas...kind of an expensive gift but he works outside and it's freakin cold!! Excellent customer service!! Also, this is the ONLY heated jacket I have come across so far that has heat in the sleeves.... that plus their commitment to your satisfaction makes this Dewbu heated jacket the one I would recommend.Thanks Dewbu Customer Support!!Original review unedited:Love the jacket, super warm and fits great...It's pretty heavy and the battery goes fast but takes forever to charge and never charges fully..like 2 days forever and it only went to 78% and then didnt get any higher...maybe a bad battery?Otherwise it's a great jacket....would make an excellent gift!
