Be sure to send in the core to activate the warranty! I did not and had a failure after only 1.5 years. Called and spoke to a supervisor and they still helped me out even though not sending back the old rack was my fault. They could have easily told me to just pound sand but listened to my situation and came up with an option that was fair to us both. Only giving 4 stars because the initial person I spoke to was rather rude, but after asking for a supervisor, the next two people were great and provided 5 star service!
