The top you have to hold with a wrench and tighten the nut…..took a while doing it that way. Back side will be the same but I didn’t feel like messing with it yet because the top is in the crossmember and frame rail

When package arrived 2 of the 4 shocks were incorrect. I contacted seller and the said I will need to initiate a return on the incorrect parts then will they ship the 2 correct shocks. It was a slightly different process but everything ended up ok. The shocks are working great, good product.
